About Us
Jbirds Flyers was started in 2023 by me, Jackson (the president) who at the time I was a 10 year old beginner RC pilot. I wanted to expand my knowledge in RC aviation by creating a club and starting a youtube channel. I therefore joined the Sodbusters RC club, only owning two planes: The Hobbyzone Carbon Cub and the E-FLITE Valiant. Today, I am a member of five clubs in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. I own along with my crew chief Louie "Big Bird", 35 RC planes (ALL of which are listed below with pictures) and plan to have a great 2026 season starting right away on new years' day!

Great news for the members of the Sodbusters RC club! If you have read the email sent out by Chris Neuburn you will already know about this, but the Sodbusters RC club has now moved to Rick's HobbyFarm (Freedom Field) In New Richmond, Wisconsin. Chris Neuburn also now the president of the club, while replacing the previous president and other club managers. MARCEE Indoor Flying - There are multiple dates, the next one is Friday, February 20th, 2026 at the National Sports Center (NSC) DOME in Blaine, MN, from 9:00 - 11:00 P.M. The one after that date is on Friday, March 13 from 9:00 - 11:00 P.M. There are two other dates, just check out their website:

National Model Aviation Day 2025
On August 6, 2025, Jackson was on the Minnesota news station KARE 11 twice, once in the morning as a live recording at 8:00 A.M. CST and once in the afternoon as a daily news story, which aired at approximately 5:11 P.M. CST. This was a big event in Jackson's life, considering the fact that KARE 11 is one of the biggest news stations in Minnesota.

Yearly Events
Events are what it's all about! I participated in the national model aviation day event in August 2025 and am preparing to do that again! I will keep upcoming events in MN near the top of the website!
Training Sessions
Sessions are available any time from June to October, except for when I am vacationing in Florida. Just give me a call!
